Join our childbirth Class online. You participate in the class virtually within the comfort of your own home and practice all the exercises, tools and techniques alongside the participants who are attending in person. The instructors will speak to you directly through the camera and answer all your individual questions in the breaks and after the course. These sessions are live via zoom, not pre-recorded.

Depending on what the current COVID-19 restrictions are at that time in Sweden or UK, these classes may be entirely virtual for all attending participants.
